Why do good companies go bad? This course provides an answer to this fundamental question. The general decline in the life expectancy of companies and the inevitable phenomenon is explained, however it explores what are the habits and how do habits of companies become bad? The seven bad habits of good companies is then discussed in depth, with each bad habit illustrated by a definition and a company case history. Finally, prescriptive strategies and recommendations are provided on how to break these bad habits in order to sustain the business.
